Interactive Digital Media

Digital media is a communication method which includes sound vision and interactive platforms. Gaining these skills AIT provides students with tangible skills and the qualifications to pursue a career in dynamic digital world. The Diploma in Information Technology (Multimedia) offers complete skills in Digital Media viz. designing, developing, utilising and securing multimedia. Focus areas include Visual design, Animation, Games Development, Web Development, Digital video,digital communication.

Games Development

AIT was the first educational provider to offer courses in Motion capture (MoCap) technology. MoCap is an innovative real-time solution combining hardware and software for motion tracking and real time animation. Through this the animators can easily transform realistic motion into digital signals.

Entry Recommendations for International students

Certificate IV and Diploma courses - Equivalent to HSC (Year 12).

Certificate III course - Equivalent to School Certificate (Year 10).

To satisfy the English competency, International students must satisfy IELTS requirements as documented by Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA). To find out more about these requirements please visit www.ielts.org
Students may be required to sit an internal English test and Interview.

Application Procedure

Complete the Application Form and email scanned certified copies of your academic transcripts, passport, English test results.

AIT will send you an offer letter and invoice if your application has been successful.

To secure your place in your chosen course, you will need to pay the first installment and the enrollment fee.

Once all fees have been paid, the college will issue you with a Confirmation of Enrollment for Overseas Students (CoE) Form.
